About Us

Cleasanta is the breed prefix assigned to us (Ian and Fiona Hermon) by the GCCF, TICA and FiFe. Our experience in showing and breeding Norwegian Forest Cats dates back to 2000 when we got our first pedigree cats from Mary-Rose Douglas (Vieuxtemps), who lives close to us in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, UK.

Intending only to have pets and go to the occasional show, it soon turned into a serious hobby and we have not looked back since. We have now retired from breeding but still show and are involved with the breed, so still available for anyone to ask us questions and advice.

The picture below is of Cleasanta Iona at 8 years old, a silver ticked tortie tabby and white female born in June 2009 and who is now happily retired and enjoying life in the house.

Please contact us at any stage if you are interested in visiting us to meet (and fuss) our indoor and outdoor cats. We are pleased to offer advice on how to construct a cat friendly garden based on our own extensive experience.

Below are pictures of the latest addition to our cat run - a high quality cat house from SHEDcetra.
